SHIPPING AND BILLING INFO MUST MATCH.  

If your billing and shipping info do not match you will be asked to verified by ID VERIFICATION.

Due to the nature of this business, there have been fraud attempts. We will not tolerate it and will involve legal recourse.

 After your purchase, orders payments are processed 1-3 business days BEFORE shipping.

 Items are shipped via UPS & USPS Service and take approximately 5-7 business days AFTER payment has been processed.

After a sale or holiday please expect delays.

 

PLEASE ENTER THE CORRECT INFO FOR YOUR ADDRESS. ex: if you live in an apartment, please enter your apartment number, double check the spelling of your address to make sure its correct.

 

IF YOUR SHIPMENT IS RETURNED TO US BECAUSE OF YOUR ERROR, BE PREPARED TO PAY A RESHIPMENT FEE.
 

 ALL WIG ORDERS NOW REQUIRE ID VERIFICATION

ID verification to make sure the person purchasing is actually the person. It’s super quick and only done once through our secure website. It is to prevent credit card fraud.  It is automatically deleted in our system after 72 hrs. 

  • Once wig unit is purchased, you will receive a text or email to upload ID

  • Place ID on flat surface and hover smart phone with camera on over ID.

  • The camera will take your ID photo and the phone will automatically take your selfie to verify it’s you.

  • It takes less than 30seconds.

    Production Times

    Custom wig units production time is 4-6 weeks (not including weekends) after processing of payment.

    IN-STOCK  READY SHIP WIGS  have a production time of 3-5 business days after processing of payment


    Custom made Poni'Tails have a production time of 7-15 business days after processing of payment

    Beauty Products have a production time of 2-4 business days

    RETURNS
    Our policy lasts for 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

    To be eligible for a return for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.



    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
    If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a new item will be sent out, but you must pay for shipping.

    If rejected, items will be shipped back after payment for shipping has been processed.



    EXCHANGES (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Sales@hairperfexion.com and send your item to 2851 west 120th street. Hawthorne California US 90250.

    To return your product, you should mail your product to 2851 west 120th street. Hawthorne California US 90250

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

     

    Hair PerFeXion isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Hair PerFeXion does not hold responsibility for a package that state has been delivered or listed as untraceable.

     

    Because we know our product and its high quality, there are NO REFUNDS,

     

     

    We will however except an EXCHANGE for hair for (QUALITY CONTROL) issues only.

    • There must be no tampering with hair.
    • Do not wash, cut, wear hair or remove from original packaging.
