SHIPPING AND BILLING INFO MUST MATCH.  

If your billing and shipping info do not match you will be asked to verified by ID VERIFICATION.

 After your purchase, payments have a processing time of 1-3 business days BEFORE shipping out.

For example,if you purchase a wig Tuesday, your payment process will be completed on Friday.

 Items are shipped via UPS & USPS Service and take approximately 5-7 business days AFTER payment has been processed.

 PLEASE ENTER THE CORRECT INFO FOR YOUR ADDRESS. ex: if you live in an apartment, please enter your apartment number, double check the spelling of your address to make sure its correct.

 IF YOUR SHIPMENT IS RETURNED TO US BECAUSE OF YOUR ERROR, BE PREPARED TO PAY A RESHIPMENT FEE.

 After a sale or during holiday season please expect delays.

 

Hairperfexion  isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. 

HairPerFexion does not hold responsibility for a package that state has been delivered or listed as untraceable.

PRODUCTION TIMES

  • IN-STOCK READY SHIP WIGS require 3-5 business days for payment processing (excludes weekends, holidays)

  • Custom wig units production time is 4-6 weeks after processing of payment. (not including weekends or Holidays) 

  • Custom made Poni'Tails have a production time of 7-15 business days of processing payment (not including weekends or holidays)

  • Beauty Products have a production time of 2-4 business days  of processing payment   (not including weekends or holidays)

RESTOCK FEE

Once you have made a purchase with www.Hairperfexion.com, you are given 24 hours grace period just in case you change your mind last minute.

If you would like to cancel your order please email us at Sales@Hairperfexion.com to cancel your order. You will be given a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. For example, you make a wig purchase of $500 and change your mind within a few hours, we will refund you $425

 If you you receive an item that has been damaged or defective please email us immediately at Sales@hairperfexion.com 

  • your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • There must be no tampering with hair.

  • DO NOT CUT THE LACE OR REMOVE HAIR TAGS

  • Do not wash, cut, wear hair or remove from original packaging.

We will ask for photos and video proof of any defects.
